You will need your client's name, phone number and billing information to confirm or change a reservation. If you make changes to your reservation by phone, be sure your discount/promo code is recorded so the new reservation is properly credited to your account. This call will connect you directly with Hotels.com’s reservation department which may have limited information about HotelRewards and/or your HotelRewards account.
