Drawings: During the week of February 6 – February 10, 2012 one travel agent will be selected by random from our database of travel agents to win an Ipad2. Selections will be made from agents who booked hotel stays through HotelRewards.com from January 1-31, 2012 for travel booked and completed by January 31, 2012. Winner will win one iPad2, 16GB WI-Fi model. Time of delivery and color choice of iPad2 based on product availability. Smart Cover not included.

Entries: Agents will receive one entry for the above drawing for each individual booking during the month of January 2012, subject to the eligibility terms below. Winner will be selected by random from the HotelRewards.com confirmed bookings database following eligibility requirements:

Eligibility is only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and who are licensed travel agents with valid ARC, IATA or CLIA numbers at the time of entry. Employees of Travel Tribe, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Conditions: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Income and other taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Winner. Estimated value of prize is $ 500.00. Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes winner's consent to use of winner's name, agency name and state for promotional purposes in any media or promotion regarding HotelRewards.com without further payment or consideration. Travel Tribe, LLC, retains the right to cancel these awards at any time prior to the date of January 31, 2012 with notice. Winning travel agent will have seven (7) days to accept prize after email notification from HotelRewards.com customer support team to accept or refuse prize. After the seven day acceptance period, if Travel Tribe, LLC has not heard from travel agent, the prize is considered forfeited and a second random drawing will be held, subject to the same rules above. Travel Tribe, LLC will limit the number to three attempts to award the prize, before prize is forfeited completely.
