HotelRewards gives members access to three specialized support departments to ensure proper assistance towards all questions, concerns, and needs. Please be aware that some departments are managed on behalf of HotelRewards by outside affiliate partner companies. This means it’s important that you understand which department to contact for help to properly manage your bookings, rewards, and account profile.

HotelRewards Central Support Department:

HotelRewards Central Support Representatives can assist you to manage your HotelRewards Account, verify existing hotel bookings, track earned rewards, and navigate the online reservations system. This department is based out of our main office in Westampton, NJ and should be considered your first point of contact when assistance is needed. In some cases (such as the need to modify an existing reservation), one of our representatives may direct you to contact our affiliate partner company for reservations assistance.

Affiliate Partner Company, Offline Sales Department:
1-800-637-5044, Select Service Option 1 to Book Offline for Reduced Rewards
(Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
Representatives from an affiliate partner company can assist you to book reservations offline/over the phone that will be eligible for reduced rewards based on completion of travel. Representatives from the affiliate partner company cannot provide you with information regarding your HotelRewards Account or eligible Rewards. This means that once your booking is confirmed with the affiliate partner company, you must report the offline reservation to the HotelRewards Central Support Department (please see above for contact information) to ensure the offline reservation is properly credited to your HotelRewards Account for reduced rewards.

Representatives from an affiliate partner company can provide you with general and/or urgent reservations assistance, such as to modify an existing reservation, to submit a special request or guest name change, to request/verify a refund, or confirm a prepaid HotelRewards booking with a hotel. Representatives from the affiliate partner company cannot provide you with information regarding your HotelRewards Account or Rewards; however, you may contact the HotelRewards Central Support Department for assistance with those topics (please see above for contact information).
