You may begin a hotel search at any time by visiting www.HotelRewards.com and entering the following key search criteria:
- Location (city/destination, landmark, airport or hotel name)
- Check In Date
- Check Out Date
- Number of Rooms and Guests
Then click SEARCH. A list of available properties matching the search criteria will be presented. Search results may be narrowed down through the use of several filters, including Star Rating, Average Nightly Rate, Amenities, etc.
Click on any listing to obtain Property Descriptions, Check In Instructions, Hotel Policies, and more. Click on the “SEE ROOMS” button towards the top of the page to view of list of available room types for the selected property. Room details, such as Cancellation Policy, are specific to each room type and are available for review by clicking SHOW ROOM DETAILS.
Click the BOOK NOW button to continue to our online Check Out Process.
Please note: users who reach this step before signing into their HotelRewards Account will be prompted to sign in (or register) before they can continue to our online check out process.
The Check Out Process is completed in just a few easy steps::
- Reservation Details – allows you to enter Guest Details and Billing Information.
- Review & Book – allows you to review the selected Hotel Information and entered Guest and Billing Details.
- Confirmation – our system will generate a client friendly hotel confirmation and pair it with a matching email confirmation.
